Terms of Service

These terms cover your Culebra account and every product it opens: Connect, Codex, Command, the Exchange, Cerebro Culebra, and Citadel Culebra. One account, one set of rules. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can have an account

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. One person, one account — don't share logins or create accounts for anyone else.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post: photos, husbandry records, posts, comments, listings. By posting to a public part of Culebra you give us permission to display and distribute it within the products so the community can see it. You can delete your content, and deleting your account removes it.

Your private collection records — animals, weights, feedings, health logs — are yours and are not published anywhere. We don't sell them and we don't train on them.

What isn't allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, or targeting anyone.
• Sale or transfer of animals in violation of any applicable law — including protected species, permit requirements, and shipping rules. You are responsible for knowing the law where you and your buyer are.
• Advice or content that puts an animal at risk, and any depiction of animal cruelty.
• Spam, scams, misrepresenting an animal, or fake reviews.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything illegal.
• Scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Impersonating another keeper, breeder, facility, or our staff.

Moderation

Anyone can report content, and anyone can block another account. We may remove content, suspend an account, or close it — with notice where we reasonably can, and immediately where there is risk to a person or an animal. Suspension is reversible; write to us if you think we got it wrong.

Buying and selling

Where Culebra lets keepers list or sell animals, we are the venue, not the seller. The transaction is between you and the other party, and so is the responsibility for accurate descriptions, health, legality, permits, and shipping. Verify who you are dealing with.

Paid plans

Connect is free. Some products have paid plans; those are billed as shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you paid for. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.

Husbandry information is not veterinary advice

Culebra carries care guides, community discussion, and reference material. It is not veterinary advice and it does not replace a qualified veterinarian. Animals differ. Use judgement, and call a vet when something is wrong.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service up, but it is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

Close your account whenever you like from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other people. If we close yours, you can ask for a copy of your data.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the products change. Material changes get notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Culebra after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
